Declaration of accessibility

Kieser endeavours to make its websites www.kieser.de, www.kieser.ch and www.kieser.at and www.kieser.com accessible. This accessibility statement applies to the above-mentioned websites.
Status of compliance with the requirements
The websites are partially compliant with the applicable legal accessibility requirements. Measures are continuously being taken to further improve accessibility.

The requirements result from:

- the EU Directive 2016/2102
- the German Disability Equality Act (BGG) and the Barrier-free Information Technology Ordinance (BITV 2.0)
- the Swiss Federal Act on the Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities (BehiG)
- the Austrian Federal Disability Equality Act (BGStG)

Content that is not accessible

The following content is currently not fully accessible:
- PDF documents, especially older content, do not consistently comply with the PDF/UA guidelines.
- Individual contrast elements and text sizes may be insufficient in certain presentations.
- Keyboard operability is not fully available on all interactive elements.
- Alternative texts for images are sometimes missing or are not sufficiently informative.
- Videos are currently not fully subtitled.

We are continuously working on identifying and eliminating these barriers.
